Return Window
For unopened products, customers in the U.S. may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Opened Products – Allergic Reactions or Defects
We offer refunds on opened products if you experience an allergic reaction or receive a defective item within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to both U.S. and international orders.

How to Request a Return
Please email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. If the issue involves an allergic reaction or a defect, providing photos helps us quickly troubleshoot and find a solution.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
